“Dog Bone Must not Make Your Excuse List”, Oshiomhole’s Aide taunts Edo PDP
Edo State Chapter of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) has been told to put its house in order and refrain from blaming the State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole as the bane of the ordeal plaguing it towards their projected failure in the September 10th governorship election.
The PDP had accused Governor Oshiomhole and the National Chairman of its party, Senator Ali Modu Sherriff of connivance to destroy the party and working towards giving victory to the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the September 10th governorship election in the state.
“The PDP should look elsewhere and leave Governor Oshiomhole out of their political predicament. Besides, let me put them on notice that ‘dog bone’ must not make their excuse list as we approach September 10, when they would be trashed at the polls”, a statement by the Executive Director Media and Public Affairs, Governors’ Office, Mr. John Mayaki said yesterday.
“The PDP is like a drowning man or better put, a school boy who wouldn’t prepare for exams but heap blame on the teacher – he doesn’t like my face. The manner they blame every of their predicaments on Governor Oshiomhole shows politicians whose careers would go to the dogs the morning after September 10th.
“People who would use every excuse in the books to skip out – including a near-death mother and various undocumented hospital stays – its Oshiomhole. People who would say, ‘I injured myself tripping on a dog bone because of Oshiomhole’, and so, we couldn’t participate in the election or it’s because of Oshiomhole that we failed – this is to take career to the dog.
“These rumblings and never-ending excuses and accusations against the Governor must stop”, Mayaki warned. “Oshiomhole made me to trip on a bone at home, or Oshiomhole was the cause why I hit my head on the wall and almost had a heart attack cannot fly this time around”, Mayaki taunted the PDP while wishing them speedy resolution of all their naughty issues.
“Am sure the PDP knows that APC and its candidate, Mr. Godwin Obaseki are too hot to refuse at the polls”, Mayaki observed, adding that “It’s like a woman so attracted to a longtime lover that even when she went to break the news to him that she’d gotten married to another man, they ended up in bed”, he explained.
