A middle aged man, names withheld on Saturday along Akpakpava Road in Benin City, abandoned his wife and seven years old only daughter, when he ran into an expedition trek embarked upon by Governor Adams Oshiomhole and Wife, Mrs. Iara Oshiomhole to Oba Ovonranmwen Square; popularly known as Ring Road.

Whatever it is, my family should take care of themselves, am going with the Comrade”.

According to him, “it’s a privilege. For an ordinary man like me to be associated with the first family in Edo state and even had opportunity of having a handshake with not just the Comrade but his Wife, gives me hope and some sorts fulfilment”.
